Tokay Lane Residence
Nestled in the heart of the Napa Valley, this new residence was a collaboration between Paul Kelley Architecture and a private developer. The developer removed an old smaller structure, and Kelley designed a 3,500-square-foot Mediterranean residence and guesthouse. The home, with its own small vineyard and new pool, enjoys breathtaking views of the Mayacama Mountains to the west and across the valley to the east. The property was designed to attract a true lover of Napa who would appreciate its wine cellar, well-appointed kitchen, spacious master-bedroom suite and large open-space concept. Kelley’s challenge was to work a large design without the flexibility of a large parcel. The challenge was met, with the result being a perfect union of indoors and outdoors, making the most of the wonders of the Napa Valley.
